Take a seat in our restaurant and let yourself be spoilt.
Our manager is in the kitchen as your personal chef. Jan put all of his experience and creativity into his cooking and offers his guests healthy, delicious dishes with a regional touch and high-quality products. His motto is “Superior food without being superior” – and everyone gets what they are looking for. For meat lovers there is a real highlight: our Dry Age specialities await you!

Our restaurant boasts a huge glass front and has a 70-seat capacity offering a fantastic view of the Mosel. In addition, in good weather you can enjoy your drinks or meals outside in our Mosel garden. We can seat around 40 persons here in this delightful Mediterranean atmosphere.

Breakfast 8:00 - 10:30 a.m
Lunch: 12:00 - 14:00 p.m
Small menu / Coffee & Cakes: 14:00 - 17:00 p.m
Dinner: 17:00 - 21:00 p.m

Fresh & regional

Jan himself is the chef in our restaurant and together with his dedicated kitchen team they prepare seasonally changing 4-course menus. As a competent chef de cuisine Jan pays particular attention to fresh and seasonal regional products, best quality meat and fish and food preparation offering not only classical dishes but also some exotic touches too. So you will find typical seasonal dishes on our menu such as asparagus, chanterelles or a real speciality – local game.

When choosing your wine accompaniment allow our service staff to help you with your selection. Many of our wines are from local vintners in our own winegrowing region, the Mosel.

Frühstücken an der Mosel

We are happy to serve a balanced breakfast buffet from 8:00 am. A rich breakfast buffet awaits you - here you will find everything your heart desires, e.g:

delicious croissants

We serve breakfast between 8:00 - 10:30 am.

Lunch in Bullay on the Moselle

We look forward to welcoming you to our restaurant in Bullay.Thanks to the complete glass front, you have the perfect view of the Moselle from the restaurant. At lunchtime, you can choose a dish from our changing menu from 12:00 to 14:00. For the big appetite, we also offer you our speciality of the month. A delicious 4-course menu awaits you here.
