People with allergies (e.g. Gluten, Lactose) Please give us this information in advance. We can then go over the menu with you. We also have bed linen for people with allergies available in all bedrooms.
Lift
All facilities and rooms in the hotel are accessible from the lift without having to use the stairs.

Booking and booking request
Our reception is open from 8.00 am to 8.00 pm for your reservations and booking requests. You can reach us under: +49 (0) 6542 9639880 and per E-mail under: info@das-moselgarten.de. Please note that we can reserve the room category for you but not any particular room number or any particular room floor. However, we will consider your requests and will endeavour to fulfil your wishes.

A small selection of books in available for lending in the lobby for the length of your stay.

Please leave your room on departure day by 11.00 am.

There are additional blankets in your wardrobe for colder days..

In all rooms and suites there are Flat-Screen TVs. In additional there are tablet computers in all rooms with integrated radio etc.
Breakfast
Breakfast time from 8.00 am to 10.30 am. Our delicious breakfast buffet is ready to enjoy.
Garage
Is available free of charge. Please make your reservations.
Drinks
Please pay our beverage bill in the restaurant / Mosel Garten in cash/card or alternatively put the drinks on your hotel bill. (Please sign the bill and add room number).
Vouchers
Would you like to surprise a friend or relative with a voucher? There are vouchers for the hotel or restaurant available at reception.
Care products
Following articles are available from reception: Toothbrushes/toothpaste, shaving sets, shoe horns, sewing kits.
Half board
4-course menu (with starter, soup, choice of 3 main course dishes and dessert). Daily vegetarian main course dish for vegetarians. The other courses are adapted to the personal taste of the guest.
Towels
Throw the towels on the floor: change towels please. Towels on the towel rail/hook: the towels are still in use.
Dogs
Maximum 1 dog per room is allowed at the owner’s expense (only with prior reservation). Dogs are allowed in the whole restaurant area and gardens. Please keep your dog on a leash.
Internet
Our guests have internet access via Wi Fi as an inclusive service or using the tablet computers available in every room.
Children
High chairs for children are available in the restaurant. Our staff also have colouring books and coloured pencils ready for the kids. There is a play area in the garden for our little ones. A larger playground is about 200 m away from the hotel.
Pillows
Additional pillows are available on request at reception.
Climate neutrality
Our laundry is washed observing climate neutrality and is certified according to “Eco TexStandard 100”.

4 E-Car charging station in the building – Payment directly with the provider.
Minibar
A selection of beverages and snacks are available in the minibar in your room. Check the enclosed list for prices. Please settle your drinks before departure at the reception.
Hotel doors
Building doors are open from 8.00 am – 10.00 pm. During other times access to the hotel and rooms is possible using your key card via the night door entrance (right of the main entrance or via the door in the underground car park).

Parking
Parking in the outdoor area is free in the designated car spaces. We can reserve an underground car space for a small fee.
Post
We will gladly take your letters and postcards to the post office. (Please hand in to reception by 10.30 am and the mail will be sent off on the same day).
Prices
All prices are in Euros including the legal VAT (7% for overnight stay and 19 % for all other services).
Smoking
Our Boutique Hotel Moselgarten is a non-smoking hotel. Disregard of this regulation is subject to a fee of € 150.00 per room. Please use the outdoor spaces for smoking. Otherwise smoking is prohibited in the entire hotel area.
Travel cancellation insurance
Not available through the hotel owing to data protection laws. We recommend our guests the conclusion of a travel cancellation insurance. In the case of unforeseen circumstances which may lead to the cancellation of any booking or premature departure expenses would be refundable.

Room Service
There is a surcharge of € 5.00 for each breakfast or food delivery service to your room.
Safe
There is a safe in all rooms with the appropriate instructions for use.
Cancellation Terms
Cancellations up to 21 days prior to arrival are free of charge. (Except bookings prior to New Year = 28 days). Subsequently 80 % of the room rate will be charged. On premature departure or no show 100 % of the cancelled expenses will be charged. Of course in the case that we can rent out the room no charge will be incurred.

Table Reservation
We recommend making a table reservation for the restaurant and just let the staff at reception know the number of guests and reservation time. For guests who have booked half board we reserve the tables automatically.
Moselgarten
Our Mosel garden is open daily in the summer months in good weather. Please appreciate that we have to close at 10.00 pm in consideration of the neighbours and other hotel guests.
Taxi
We can gladly order a taxi for you.

Is available all over the hotel.
Walking
Begin your walking tour directly from the hotel. Information, maps and hiking maps are available at reception or in the Tourist Information Office (a few minutes’ walk from the hotel).
Newspapers and magazines
The most popular daily newspapers etc. are on your tablet computers in your room.
Rooms
All rooms are non-smoking. They are all equipped with bath tubs and/or showers, mostly with separate WC, hair dryer, safe, Flat-Screen-TV, tablet computers with integrated radio and telephone. Almost all rooms have a balcony and almost without exception facing south with a fabulous view of the Mosel, Arras Castle, Prinzenkopf Viewing Tower etc.
