Jan himself is the chef in our restaurant and together with his dedicated kitchen team they prepare seasonally changing 4-course menus. As a competent chef de cuisine Jan pays particular attention to fresh and seasonal regional products, best quality meat and fish and food preparation offering not only classical dishes but also some exotic touches too. So you will find typical seasonal dishes on our menu such as asparagus, chanterelles or a real speciality – local game.
When choosing your wine accompaniment allow our service staff to help you with your selection. Many of our wines are from local vintners in our own winegrowing region, the Mosel.
